Pictures at an Exhibition, by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky, is a musical work in 10 movements that was inspired by a visit to an art exhibition (each of the movements representing one of the drawings or artworks on display). Although originally composed for solo piano, Pictures at an Exhibition became better known in orchestral form, arranged by French composer Maurice Ravel.

Jeffrey Edom captures three of these movements in an arrangement that spans a range of emotions from serene, to aggressive, to majestic. This piece is ideal as the closing production of your field show.
